Within International Conference Centre premises can be organized conferences, national and international congresses, corporate events, exhibitions and fairs, seminars, working sessions, symposiums, workshops, award galas, receptions, dinners, charity balls, product launches, book launches, concerts, cultural events, etc. We do not organize private events or events that do not meet the access conditions, specifics and activities of our institution. If you would like to organize an event within our premises, you can send us your request in which you explicitly the date or period of the event (including time-slots for the set-up, event holding and dismantling – if applicable), type/concept/theme of the event, estimated number of participants, suitable halls for your event, name of the contracting entity (local PCO recommended) and your contact details,at cic@cdep.ro
